I’m currently working on this case study. Here’s a brief overview of what I worked on, along with a few snapshots of the design.

SUMMARY

I designed a dashboard that helps non-technical users monitor AI execution.

High-volume, labor-intensive tasks are now being handled by deterministic AI agents that follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), much like an employee following a structured process. Multiple agents work together to execute an entire case.

I designed an observability dashboard that gives non-technical users real-time visibility into active cases and how agents execute them. Users can see each case move through the workflow, understand what each agent is doing, and monitor how multiple agents coordinate to complete the case.

To build trust in these automated workflows, the dashboard also surfaces the guardrails applied at each stage, helping users verify that agents are operating within defined boundaries and making the automation easier to monitor and audit.
